Kenneth H. Cail is the Director of the Chatham County Misdemeanor Defense office and the Indigent Defense Unit for the Eastern Judicial Circuit of Georgia. Born and raised in Savannah, Kenneth attended Mercer University and Armstrong State College where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the WOODROW WILSON COLLEGE of LAW and was in private practice in Savannah for thirty one years as a partner in the firm of CAIL & CAIL ATTORNEYS.
In 2017 Kenneth joined the Misdemeanor Defense Office as a trial attorney and Chief Assistant to the Director. In 2021 Kenneth became the Director of both the Misdemeanor Defense office and the Indigent Defense Unit. Kenneth and his wife Angela have three children and continue to call Savannah home.
